Job Description

We're looking for a talented Social Media Strategist to help us grow our online presence and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media plans to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic and conversions.

  • Content creation and curation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Social media account management: Set up and manage social media accounts, including profile creation, content scheduling, and engagement.

  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) to optimize content and campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • Manage social media campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure the success of social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and influencer partnerships.

  • Engage with online communities: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience: in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

  • Content creation skills: ability to create high-quality, engaging content for social media.

  • Analytical skills: ability to monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with online communities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with social media advertising: Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles: ability to optimize content for search engines.

  • Graphic design skills: ability to create visual content for social media.

  • Video production skills: ability to create video content for social media.
