Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator & Social Media Strategist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on developing and executing compelling content strategies and social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be proficient in content creation, copywriting, and social media management, with a strong understanding of analytics and performance tracking to continuously optimize strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Develop and write persuasive, high-quality content for blogs, websites, emails, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and tone, while driving engagement and conversions.
- Proofread, edit, and refine content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency in messaging.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce relevant, informative, and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Design and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including text, graphics, and videos, to be posted regularly across social media platforms.
- Continuously monitor social media trends, track audience insights, and adjust strategies to boost engagement and improve performance.
- Proactively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering positive brand interactions.
Lead Generation & Analytics:
- Lead and implement lead generation campaigns on social media platforms, targeting the right audience to drive conversions.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and measure the success of content and social media campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on content performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Continuously analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of digital marketing developments.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management, with a track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS, ERP, or software-related industries.
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and executing cross-platform strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
