Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to develop and implement effective SEO strategies aimed at enhancing our website’s visibility and driving organic traffic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing content across multiple platforms and collaborating with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed for maximum results. A strong focus on both on-page and off-page SEO strategies is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Content Optimization:

  • Perform thorough keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators and SEO vendors to ensure the creation of SEO-optimized content across all platforms.
  • Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, and social media posts for search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Monitor website performance regularly using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to consistently improve search results.
  • Conduct SEO audits to identify website performance issues and areas for improvement.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and lead generation performance on a weekly basis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving website performance based on insights from tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Competitor Analysis & Strategy Refinement:

  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and gaps in content and strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to outperform competitors in search rankings, ensuring sustained growth in organic traffic.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on content optimization and technical SEO.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS, ERP, or software-related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights that drive SEO performance.
    • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
