We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online marketing campaigns, enhancing our digital presence, and contributing to the growth of our brand across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and user experience (UX) to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (CPC, ROI, CTR, conversion rates) using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other data analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and monitoring feedback.
- Implement and monitor retargeting and remarketing strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure effective execution of digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization strategies.
- Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy for digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with website optimization, A/B testing, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Qualifications: Any degree.
Candidate Preferred: From Chennai, Tamil Nadu with fluency in both Tamil & English. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
